Botimize

Botimize is a chatbot analytics platform specialised in contextual and conversational analysis. Put simply, it is about answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

The natural audience is support teams with high volume. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot and Machine Learning. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Botimize is based in San Jose, California. Their site is botimize.io.

Before you commit, look at training sources, accuracy on your own docs, and escalation paths. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Botimize well, your review carries weight here.
