BotBuilders

BotBuilders works in marketing automation, which is about running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do. They have not published a longer description, so we lean on what their category usually involves.

The natural audience is marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence, Chatbot, Marketing Automation and Productivity Tools, so expect those to show up in the feature set.
