Boon Job Board

Boon is a peer-to-peer referral network that empowers everyone to refer top talent they know to employers and get paid for successful hires. That is the short version of Boon Job Board. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Marketplace and Recruiting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Boon Job Board is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at jobs.goboon.co.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
