Bookmark OS

Bookmark OS is a it services and consulting company. An intuitive and elegant bookmark manager that lets you organize, sort, and browse your bookmarks just like files on your desktop. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Social Bookmarking, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bookmark OS is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is bookmarkos.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
