Boden

Boden provides custom software development, system enhancement, technical support, and knowledge management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Boden is based in Princeton, New Jersey and founded in 1996. Their site is bodeninc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Boden well, your review carries weight here.
