BMR Infotek

BMR Infotek is an IT consulting and development service company that offers business intelligence and software training services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and UX Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BMR Infotek is based in Dublin, California. You can read more at bmrinfotek.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with BMR Infotek, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
