BlurtBox

BlurtBox allows customers to message businesses instantly, anonymously and in real time, comments, questions and concerns. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Related areas on their profile: Hospitality and Hotel. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
