BlueSun Technologies

BlueSun Technologies, Inc. offers IT services, SharePoint solutions, and business intelligence engineering. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence and Machine Learning. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BlueSun Technologies is based in Ellicott City, Maryland. You can read more at bluesuntech.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
