Bluestar Systems

Bluestar Systems is a software solutions, consulting, and information technology solutions company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bluestar Systems is based in Fishers, Indiana. You can read more at bluestarsystemsinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Bluestar Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
