BlueSky Meeting

BlueSky Meeting provides web-based services for creating, coordinating and conducting meetings online for an array of industries. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Events and Meeting Software, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BlueSky Meeting is based in Fredonia, Wisconsin. You can read more at blueskymeeting.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
