BlueRecruit

BlueRecruit creates a professional profile for skilled trade workers connecting them to employers. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BlueRecruit is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Their site is bluerecruit.us.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with BlueRecruit, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
