BlueApp.io

BlueApp.io connects any Bluetooth Smart device to the cloud dashboard gathering data and providing command & control to your devices. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Big Data, Internet of Things and iOS. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BlueApp.io is based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. More on blueapp.io.
