Blue River Systems

Blue River Solutions is a document, colour photography, and information management, integration, and systems architecture company. In practice that means planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

It makes the most sense for teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Consulting, Infrastructure and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Blue River Systems is based in Worcester, Massachusetts. More on blueriver-systems.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
