Blue Lotus Systems

Blue Lotus Systems provides IT, consulting, and outsourced software development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Blue Lotus Systems is based in Vienna, Virginia. More on bluelotus-sys.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
