Bloom

Bloom is a marketplace tools product. The supply chain platform reshaping how hardware is built, delivered, and serviced. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention CleanTech, Electric Vehicle, Logistics, Manufacturing and Marketplace. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bloom is based in Detroit, Michigan. Their site is togetherwebloom.us.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Bloom well, your review carries weight here.
