Blimp Lab

Blimp Lab is the developer and manufacturer of a magnetic earbud strap. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Blimp Lab is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2010. Their site is blimplab.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Nobody has reviewed Blimp Lab on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
