Blackwood Business Technology

Blackwood Business Technology offers software development and consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Blackwood Business Technology is based in San Diego, California. Their site is blackwoodtechnology.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Blackwood Business Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
