BlackRapid

The Original Camera SlingTM and the makers of The World's Fastest Camera Strap!. That is the short version of BlackRapid. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BlackRapid is based in Seattle, Washington. You can read more at blackrapid.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
