BlackBox Software

BlackBox Software is an IT company that offers software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BlackBox Software is based in Rochester Hills, Michigan and founded in 2000. You can read more at blackboxsoft.com.
