Black Tangent

Black Tangent specializes in providing elite intelligence, investigative, and security services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence, DevOps, Generative AI and Telecommunications. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Black Tangent is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is blacktangent.com.
