Black Swamp Solutions Group

Black Swamp Solutions Grp. offers consulting, systems integration, and custom solution development for supply chain and manufacturing. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Black Swamp Solutions Group is based in Holland, Ohio. You can read more at blackswampsolutions.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
