Black Box Labz

Black Box Labz is a IT outsourcing company that offers software development and testing services. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Black Box Labz is based in Albany, New York. Their site is blackboxlabz.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
