BIZRULES

BIZRULES is a boutique consulting firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BIZRULES is based in Coppell, Texas. More on bizrules.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
