BizOnTrack

Here is BizOnTrack in plain terms. Goal Management Software. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BizOnTrack is based in Katy, Texas and founded in 2011. You can read more at bizontrack.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know BizOnTrack well, your review carries weight here.
