Biundo & Associates

Biundo & Associates designs and develops software, network design, and facility management services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Biundo & Associates is based in Shelby, Michigan. You can read more at biundoinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Biundo & Associates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
