Bityard LLC

Here is Bityard LLC in plain terms. Boutique software development and consulting firm. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Infrastructure, Consulting, Email Marketing and Telecommunications. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bityard LLC is based in Alexandria, Ohio and founded in 2014. You can read more at bityard.co.

Things worth asking about: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Bityard LLC, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
