BitsCrafters

BitsCrafters is a U.S.A. based company with an offshore software development center. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Hardware and Outsourcing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BitsCrafters is based in Charlton, Massachusetts. You can read more at bitskraft.com.
