Birch Grove Software (dba ScreenPass)

Birch Grove Software (dba ScreenPass) is a productivity software developer. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Birch Grove Software (dba ScreenPass) is based in Dallas, Texas and around since 1995. Their site is screenpass.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Birch Grove Software (dba ScreenPass), tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
