Binary Services Inc.

Binary Services offers full-scale IT business solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Binary Services Inc. is based in Montgomery, Alabama. Their site is binaryserv.com.
