BillowsC3

BillowsC3 is a developer of custom SaaS applications on cloud infrastructures includes AWS, Google Cloud, and IBM. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Training and Web Development. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BillowsC3 is based in Loveland, Colorado. Their site is billowsc3.com.
