Biamp Systems

Biamp Systems is a provider of professional AV equipment for business, education, and government facilities. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Audio, Electronics and Video. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Biamp Systems is based in Beaverton, Oregon and founded in 1976. More on biamp.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
