BI Fact

BI Fact Llc. offers consulting, software development, analytics, IT support, procurement, and cloud computing services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cyber Security and Data Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BI Fact is based in Chantilly, Virginia. You can read more at bifact.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
