BeThere

Ai, Saas, Hospitality. That is the short version of BeThere. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BeThere is based in Miami, Florida. Their site is betheregroup.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know BeThere well, your review carries weight here.
