Beta Brain

Beta Brain, Inc. is an IT consulting firm headquartered in Miami, FL. creating a new way to service and support remote offices and users. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Beta Brain is based in Hallandale, Florida and founded in 2011. Their site is beta-brain.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
