BESS Cloud Solutions

BESS Cloud Solutions LLC offers IT services for business operations. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BESS Cloud Solutions is based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. More on besscloudsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with BESS Cloud Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
