Berrett & Associates

Berrett & Associates is an IT firm that deals with network system architecture, consultation, administration, help-desk support & software. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure and Project Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Berrett & Associates is based in Sterling, Virginia. Their site is berrettassociates.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
