Bergen IT

Bergen IT is an information technology service provider company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Data Integration and Information Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bergen IT is based in Glen Rock, New Jersey and founded in 2009. You can read more at bergenit.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
