Benchmark ITS

Benchmark ITS is an education management software company that provides adult education systems and GED scoring services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list EdTech, Education and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Benchmark ITS is based in Spanish Fort, Alabama. You can read more at benchmarkits.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
