Bellese

Bellese is a software development & consulting firm that extends its services in the fields of project management, lean & agile engineering. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Project Management. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Bellese is based in Owings Mills, Maryland. More on bellese.io.
