BeckTech

BeckTech provides airtime solutions, device management services, equipment leasing, and system management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Rental and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BeckTech is based in Decatur, Illinois. You can read more at barbeck.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used BeckTech? Rate it.
