Bearhug Recruiting

Here is Bearhug Recruiting in plain terms. Silicon Valley's go-to boutique executive search firm for early & growth-stage startup founders needing to hire senior GTM leaders. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention CleanTech, Industrial Automation, PropTech, Recruiting and Robotics. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bearhug Recruiting is based in San Rafael, California and around since 2018. You can read more at bearhugrecruiting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
