Beam, formerly known as Edquity, provides intelligent workflows to power public sector programs. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. They also list Education, Financial Services, Mobile Apps and Wealth Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
