Bayit

Bayit translates into Home; making the most innovative, state of the art home automation solutions. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Manufacturing, Mobile Apps and Smart Home. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bayit is based in Hawthorne, New Jersey and founded in 2014. You can read more at bayithomeautomation.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
