BAYAMP

BAYAMP is a software and technology services company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

BAYAMP is based in Santa Clara, California. More on bayamp.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with BAYAMP, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
