Bay Lakes Information Systems

Bay Lakes Information Systems is an industry leader in providing property management software built by the people who use it. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Hospitality and Property Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bay Lakes Information Systems is based in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. More on baylakesis.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Bay Lakes Information Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
