Bava Software

Here is Bava Software in plain terms. Bava is a software development solution. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Architecture and Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bava Software is based in Oak Brook, Illinois. Their site is bavasoft.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Bava Software? Rate it.
