Battery World

Batteries, Chargers and Accessories. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and Mobile. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Battery World is based in Camarillo, California and around since 1995. You can read more at batteryworld.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Battery World, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
