Battalion 3 Technologies is a software firm that offers software solutions for fire service and emergency. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Software Engineering. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
