Basal Nuclei

Basal Nuclei is an information technology company that offers software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Developer Platform, IT Infrastructure and Productivity Tools. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Basal Nuclei is based in Palo Alto, California. More on basalnuclei.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Basal Nuclei, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
