Baron Software

Baron Software is a software company that offer website and apps. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Android, iOS, Technical Support and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Baron Software is based in Massapequa Park, New York. More on baronsoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Baron Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
